The Diplomat is a great building that fits in the mid-range of Corridor condos. It is on the far East side of the corridor on the South side of the street. Due to its positioning, the upper floors have great views from any direction. As an older building it is still striking in its exterior and has all the services and amenities of the higher-priced buildings. It has 64 units, is 19 stories tall and was built in 1982. A great building for the money, the only drawback being the rather angular floorplans.
